The hotel is located conveniently close to major attractions, making it a good base for our travels. While the room was tidy, I found the layout lacking, particularly with no space to store bathroom items. The check-in process was smooth, but the absence of cookies upon arrival was a minor disappointment. What stood out was the location's accessibility for our early flight, definitely a plus.

However, the hotel felt rather dimly lit at night, making it feel unsafe walking to the room, especially since the airport shuttle service ended at 11 pm. Additionally, the check-in process was cumbersome, as security had to intervene before I could check in.

The courtyard and pool area looked inviting, although I didn't get to use them. Breakfast was a treat with a buffet offering eggs, bacon, and fruits, adding value to my stay. However, I encountered several issues. The bed felt too soft, which made sleeping uncomfortable. Also, noise from the highway disrupted my rest at night. it would be a problem for light sleepers. I noticed that the electrical outlet in the bathroom didn’t work, which was a hassle when I needed to dry my hair. Overall, the amenities were nice, but the lack of soundproofing and the bed comfort affected my experience.

We loved hanging out at the outdoor pool, which was a hit with our kids. The clean and comfortable layout made it easy for our family to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was another highlight for us. the buffet had plenty of options to satisfy everyone.

The Doubletree Suites By Hilton Phoenix offered a fantastic experience with spacious rooms and premium bedding, ensuring a cozy night's sleep. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the warm nights, and having a fridge in the room was super convenient. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The only downside was the lack of regular cleaning services during our stay.

I enjoyed the spacious suite, which was perfect for unwinding after a long day. The outdoor courtyard with a fountain created a serene atmosphere. However, I found the restaurant service lacking, especially during busy times. Consider planning your meals ahead if you're not renting a car.

Had a great time in the one-bedroom suite with a king bed and sofa bed. The flat-screen TV and microwave were handy. Loved the outdoor swimming pool and hot tub/jacuzzi. Breakfast was awesome with freshly baked goods. The fitness center was a nice perk too. Super convenient parking close to the airport.

The RBG Bar and Grill nearby dished out some tasty eats, perfect after a long drive! The staff were friendly, making us feel right at home during our stay.

The shuttle service was more like a game of hide and seek—would've been nice to have better support there. Plus, our room’s kitchenette was a tease with no cutlery to whip up a late-night snack.
