Beautiful place with exceptional employees at the reception desk. Location right by Downtown Phoenix and Tempe, the Belvedere restaurant, and a construction zone👌

Everything was good during 7 days, liked its good location just next door to Camelback East. The breakfast was hot and above average, the check in was efficient.

The one-bedroom suite I stayed in was spacious, clean, and quiet. The staff were friendly, and room service was prompt with delicious food. Parking was a bit of a walk, and the laundry facilities were limited, which could be inconvenient for some guests.

beds very comfortable as always. the bathroom is of a pleasant size. check in and check out very fast - but i was also the only guest at the reception.
room was, compared to other doubletree houses, depressingly simple. business hotel - ok for one night. Very clear breakfast buffet from 6 am to 9 am. Tourists who might have liked to have slept a bit longer are not expected in this hotel near the airport. We arrived at 8.45 am and were told by the very rough service lady that they should clear up immediately and that we had to hurry up we want to eat something. Coffee was available in two giant thermos jugs, had probably been cooked at 5:00 am - the taste was absolutely horrible, so the first sip was enough. Orange juice was not like usual US orange juice, but tasted like watered with orange syrup. As I said, the buffet was very clear, so we were able to leave the restaurant area at 9:00 am. Late comers were again informed that it is now actually closed and they are clearing away ...

The food was appetising with a wide array of options. The location was great and enjoyable, short walk to airport and freeways going both north south east and west as well as Sky Harbor and easily accessible. Furthermore, to Light Rail station.

The venue was fairly clean and huge. The room was updated and perfectly appointed with a couch - we enjoyed it. The location in a nice area was marvellous and there where a market and department shops nearby. The exceptional service and shuttle from the airport far exceeded our expectations. Curtesy shuttle was provided here too...

Arrived very late at night and called the hotel from the airport - the bus was there within a few mintes to pick us up at the terminal and the hotel is very close to the airport so within another few minutes we were at the hotel where check-in was quick, smooth and very friendly. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable especially after a day travelling on long haul flights.

My first room was lousy, probably because it had rained once. Smelly. Carpeting hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in ages. Curtains not cleaned. On sofa and armchair I did not sit down at all. Equipment ok but not usable. Absolutely the worst room I ever had in the USA - regardless of the much too expensive price. I was at a conference and had to prepare some lectures. Otherwise I would have left the hotel immediately. At least good connection with public transport to the city center. Breakfast room and lobby ok and friendly staff.

Needed to make a business contact close to the airport, and this location is only a few minutes from the airport. Also liked the suite layout. Nicely appointed room for the money. Very quiet too.
The only things about our room that I didn't like was the carpet pretty badly stained in front of the refrigerator, and the window was very dirty (which I can understand during the monsoon season in Phoenix)

This hotel is located close to the Metro Light Rail which made it very convenient to get to and from the convention center. I also enjoyed excellent meals at the Belvedere Lounge - the restaurant within the hotel. Their 24-hour shuttle service is a great plus!
There were a couple of employees who were short and curt when dealing with their customers.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful at giving out information. The breadfast in the morning was very good plus my son loved the work out facility. The location was just a block and a half from the transit line which made it very easy to get into downtown to see the ballgame.

Enjoyed friendly staff, cookies, water and rooms were nice. Asked for a ground floor and got one easily. Didn't have to walk far to any part of the hotel. Enjoyed the full complimentary breakfast. Nice Internet cafe, we used it several times. It seemed to have the most for the money.
